Membership cost

Our monthly membership entitles you to One Class per Week for 46 weeks. The studio is closed for 6 weeks of the year incorporating the Christmas, Easter and Summer holidays but the cost is spread equally over 12 months and taken once a month. Please note if you are in a Monday class we do ensure the bank holidays do not affect your 46 week class entitlement.

Cancelling membership

There is a 30 day notice period for cancelation of a membership package.

Booking classes

Classes can be booked either one by one or as a recurring booking using the team up website or app (iPhone or Andriod) options are available.

Managing classes

If you cannot make a class just cancel it the day before and rebook yourself into another class within 4 weeks at no cost.

Parking

There is plenty of parking on the road outside of 9 Stevenage Road. Please be considerate and take care not to block the entrance to our neighbours property.

Purchasing equipment

We have a link with APPI (the equipment we use in the studio) enabling you to purchase products directly from them.
