This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. All of the classes at Knebworth Pilates Studio attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.

PREGNANCY AND POST NATAL PILATES

Nicola is a midwife with over 25 years experience within the NHS. She has supported thousands of women through their pregnancy, birth, labour and postnatal journey into motherhood. She understands the physical and emotional challenges women face through these transformative stages. It is a privileged job and now, she is in a unique position to be able to support women through this journey with Pilates.
