PREGNANCY AND POST NATAL PILATES
Nicola is a midwife with over 25 years experience within the NHS. She has supported thousands of women through their pregnancy, birth, labour and postnatal journey into motherhood. She understands the physical and emotional challenges women face through these transformative stages. It is a privileged job and now, she is in a unique position to be able to support women through this journey with Pilates.
